Verify User Manager
Connect to the correct router, open Subscribers and select User Manager. The package and suitable router permissions are required. Fields vary between RouterOS 6 and 7.

Manage User Manager profiles on RouterOS 6 and 7
Search by part of a card name, filter by profile, review limits and associate User Manager 6 profiles with their limitations before changing accounts.

Enter part of the card name in lookup and select the intended account. Use the horizontal profile filters or service settings to narrow the user list.
Create limitations and link profiles
In service settings, review data and uptime units when adding a limitation. For User Manager 6, open the profile editor, choose the limitation and required owner, then save its association. Creating a limitation alone does not assign it to all accounts.
Review account validity
Inspect enabled status, assigned profile and consumed limits. An expired User Manager 6 profile association may disappear; use account diagnostics and available state evidence before renewal.
Edit or delete deliberately
Review the exact username and details before saving or confirming deletion. Deleting an account differs from disconnecting a session.
