Print MikroTik Hotspot vouchers from Android: profiles, PDF and QR

Internet voucher printing has two parts: creating accounts on the router and presenting their credentials in printable cards. Shabakat connects these steps on Android for supported Hotspot and User Manager workflows.

Choose Hotspot or User Manager

Select the account system your network actually uses. A profile with the same name in two systems may have different time, data or speed limits. Confirm which service authenticates your customers before generating users. RouterOS v6 and v7 workflows can differ even when the final cards look similar.

Prepare the profile and card template

Choose the intended profile, then preview the card template. Check the username, password when required, network name and any price or description you added. If you include QR codes, test one before committing to a large batch. A printed design describes the account; it does not set the router's profile limits.

Check quantity, prefix and credential lengths

Enter a quantity and any prefix or credential length options. The free plan supports up to 500 cards per operation; consult the subscription screen for current entitlements. Use a small first batch when evaluating a new router or template and verify that the resulting usernames do not conflict with existing accounts.

Generate, preview and print

Review the confirmation before submitting. Wait for the operation to finish, then inspect the PDF for margins, text size and card layout. Actual printing depends on Android print services, available apps and your printer. A PDF export does not imply that every Bluetooth, thermal or USB printer is directly supported.

If the connection is interrupted

Check the router's accounts and any available batch output before submitting again. Reprinting an existing PDF is different from creating new accounts. Repeating generation without checking the first result can create an unintended additional batch.

Before handing cards to customers

Test one voucher through the network's login page and confirm that the expected profile and validity apply. Keep the generated PDF secure because it contains access credentials. When requesting help, remove complete voucher credentials from screenshots shared outside your operational team.
