Read the steps ↓Connect to the correct router and open Subscribers, then choose Hotspot or User Manager. In card lookup, enter part of the card name and select the intended result. Similar names are separate accounts.
Check enabled status, assigned profile, usage and data or uptime limits. Use the horizontal profile filters or service settings to narrow the user list. For User Manager, also review profile and limitation associations.
Choose card diagnostics, Login rejected, then Collect evidence. Read the reason, supporting router data and proposed next step before changing settings. Being offline alone is not a reason to delete an account.
In a User Manager 6 setup, a profile association may disappear after expiry. Review the available profile state and account evidence. An unassigned new account alone does not prove a previous expiry; use the state evidence returned by the application.
A consumed data allowance, uptime limit or disabled account can block login. Compare actual usage with configured limits and verify MAC restrictions for device accounts. An account being listed does not guarantee that login is permitted.
Unavailable data does not prove a particular fault. Check router connectivity, the User Manager package and permissions. Review the user in service settings and run the check again instead of changing credentials or profiles based on a guess.
